anti-theft system

Could someone please tell me where the anti-theft system is located in a 1995 Avalon XLS.
I have this 1995 Avalon xls and the whole system has shut down. No ignition lights on dashboard, power windows does not work even though electric door lock works, radio doesn't come on , car does not start. The only thing that I get is starter turns but car does not start. It appears to be a complete shut down of the entire ignition system.
I suspect the anti-theft security system is the culprit. Would somebody tell me please where it is located so that I can check and get my car to crank and start this beautiful bird again. Thanks.

I am having VERY similar problems with my 99 avalon. In fact, our problems seem identical. I have no idea what to do, so if you have fixed your problems...help me with mine? Please, I would be VERY thankful!
