I have a 1986 caprice and it came already euro style in the back so i thought i would update the front to go with the back, so I bought a euro headerpanel. I tried to hook it up today so I splice the wires n connected the ones that i new went with each other, then i tested around.... right now if i go turn on the light switch one low beam will come on...on the right side!!! Then if i turn on my brights it will have my high beam on...on the same side n the right side will be bright with both on...if some one could help me out im only 15 and can pretty much do everything else but mess wit wires but i really dont have that much cash so...I do it myself... But besides that the turning signals work...they look clean to i made clear corners... IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE DO....THANKS JORDAN

One thing - this isn't a cell phone and you aren't texting. If you want to be taken seriously, lose the texting style and take a little time to write things they way they should be. That speaks volumes of one's mental acuity.
Yes, I am a grammar nazi, for the reason I just said.
To get to your question, double-check all of your wiring. Make sure you have the ground hooked up on the left side.

Alright thank you Silicon, I checked the ground wire and it is in place, but im not to sure about the wiring. When I purchased the headerpanel the ends that connect to the lights came with it, but i really dont know how to match them up so could you help me, with connecting each wire? Like tan with _? and so on.... I tried to just try different combinations and it got me to where I am at now. If you cant help me thanks anyways, I will just go buy the whole wiring-harness from another junkyard.
Thanks JRO

Tan is hot for the low beams, green is hot for the high beams, and black is common ground. Your car will have two green leads per side, as all 4 lamps will have high beams, but the composite-style (Euro) lamps have one high beam and one low beam. Simply tape one of the greens for each side and set it aside - you won't need it. The outer bulbs are the low beams and both will get a tan and a black, and the inner lamps are the high beams and will get a green and a black.
