Stereo Speaker Replacement

Hello,

I am a new member and would appreciate a little help. I just bought a 2002 Z3 that has the upgraded Harman Kardon Stereo system. All is good except the rear speaker that is located between the seats. I wil need to replace it. How do you get to it? Anyone already replace it?
