Siphoning Escort

Hi Guys! I have a 1993 Escort that has a cracked block. It also has a full tank of gas. I was going to have the junk guy come haul it away unless anybody has an idea how I can get any cash out of it.

I'd also like to save the gas if I can. Is there any way to get it without sucking it the old way with a hose?

(Tried a dozen user names that were already taken so I used the least common one I could think of- Chair!!)

remove the rear seat and fuel pump access cover. remove the pressure line and attatch a rubber hose to pump outlet - then jump the relay with a wire or paperclip. this will pump the gas out of the tank for ya.
