nope. it has almost every SS option cept that..

it is a M6 too.. prolly the biggest prob is this annoying whistling sound..idk where its from.. its eithier a intake or exhaust leak..

and..

the power steering pump is on its way out!

but other then that its a sexy beast (i think, anyways) :(

I totally agree with you man. My brother used to have a '95 z28 (not exactly an SS) that had some work one to do it. I thought that was the most amazing car ever. Then he bought a 2001 SS and that just seemed a little bit watered down. I dunno, maybe its just me

Thats the first time I have EVER heard anyone say a LS1 F-Body was watered down. Your brother must have had one helluva fast Z28 to make that SS seem slow.

I wouldn't exactly say my brothers z28 was faster than his SS. We couldn't really compare them side to side. But the feeling while driving the z28 was a lot more raw.

Probably because the LT1 has more low-end torque than the LS1.

we def. considered that as a possibility when my brother and i were comparing them.

If you want a feeling of raw power.. come take a ride in my SS... oh yea and let me turn on the juice... LOL
