97 Accord with H22 swap

Finally have pics. These were taken last week at a car show in the area, where we took 2nd place in the Honda-Other-Wild-Class and on the track we ran a 15.1 second 1/4 mile. Not bad considering we were rolling on 18" Chrome rims wrapped in rubber bands. More pics will follow.

Its kinda weird to figure out, I'm still trying to figure it out. Hey did you get my FTP transfer of the 12 pics? and about that motor. i want it soooo damn bad. but the money's a little short. but whenever i do get it saved, ive already got a shop to take it to. a friend got a turboed swap done there. runs great. and he was gonna sell it for 5k. why the hell did i have to buy my car so soon.

car looks nice. so does the motor....im eager to get mine....im hoping that it will be shipped out monday....and be at my house by middle of the week....but theres no tellin. im just prayin.

btw wags, what kinda wing is that..i have the WW commando adj. one....it looks kinda like yours..but yours looks alil pointer at the edges.... never seen one like that.

Its Si Blue, It kinda turned out a shade different, and quite frankly I like it better anyway a shade different. We are redoing it, as last night I busted my body kit, so the car will have to be painted again.. I think we'll start that project next week..

same thing with my car...its supposed to be a stock color...but i altered it alil bit..so its actually blue and purple. its that stock green that 94-95 accords come in....if youve ever seen...cept with more blue and purple pearl in the clearcoat.

also..... 15.1, sounds pretty good. are you runnin completely stock? does yours have lsd....i know that helps with off the line traction.

mine has it

No LSD, and it sucks, because I just sit there and spin.. I know if I can clean up my traction control problem that I could shave at least another second off. I spin through 1st and then slightly into 2nd. I sacrifice my reaction time just to grab some pavement.

I'm gonna throw some 15" rims with slicks and see how that does. Hell, I'll probably snap axles.. HAHA!! That would be my luck.

ALL Motor and currently YES ALL STOCK. I have cam gears, but the have not been advanced or retarded yet.. Still tuning all baseline power before we start upgrading. I have I/H/E and thats it.

Yea thats an H22 in there, the color of paint is Si Blue, the same that is on the 99-00 Civic Si's, coincidentally it turned out a shade different that the Si which is really kewl. I had it all painted to include trunk, and door jams, shaved handles, shaved trunk, installation and molding of body kit to the body of the car, and dash inserts all for about 2200 bones. Not bad, and actually she is in the shop this week being repainted, same color just a shade different. I got stuck in my drivway and I ripped my front bumper back and seeing how it was molded to the body, the bumper and the fenders had to be repainted so I decided just to do the whole car again.. Can't wait to get her back and go sqaush some more shows and races, haha Peace man!!

im about ready to swap an h22 into my 97 accord and i was wondering about the exhaust...would i need to go with the prelude cat back or the accord cat back? Which one is best for the h22 application and how so?
