strange noise under the hood (interesting one)

Ok guys let see what we can do with this one???:naughty:
Recently my 98 v6 3.1 GA developed strange noise that sounds like someone is pulling a 15mm or bigger wrench over a concrete surface. I can only hear it in the morning mostly and also sometimes when you just start the car. It does not increase with RPM. Hey hey don't :lol: that is the best way I can explain this type of noise:iceslolan and it can be heard close to water pump or AC compressor. Maybe stetoschope can help?

I know that sound, and its probly the power steering pump.
They are notorious about growlin and crunchin .
Any thing like a yard stick or long screw driver can help find the soarce.
.... just watch your head down there :grinyes:
