distributor decoding

Hi I am new to this forum and really landed here because I need help in identifying a old delco points distributor. The casting number is 1111500 with a date code 9 M 4. I know the "499" is a BBC Camaro in 69. Any help would be appreciated, I have already cheked my normal sources.
