Diamond Audio CM312D4

What do yall think about the Diamond Audio CM3's im getting 3 of them. They are 12" and have a RMS of 500 and a peak power of 1000. If anyone out there has had some experience with them id like to know what you think of them.

Well i guess what im asking is, Is there any flaws or hints tht anybody has come across with the CM3's?

I don't think I have ever heard them, so I can't really say
