Odyssey Passenger sliding door not shuting!! SOS--HELP!

My passenger door on my 00 odyssey will not close all the way, Have to bump it with my hip. I have made sure the track is clean, how do I clean the pin? We are at 105K and I don't think I am covered since the recall. I need cheap easy repair! I will try the #13 fuse.
