Borla exhaust?

I found a Borla cat back exhaust for 1995 dodge neon. has anyone ever used them? Is it worth it? It comes with a Million mile warrenty. Here is the link so you guys can check it out.

Link didn't work for me, but unless you are boosted...upgrading the exhaust is pointless.
