Need help car doesnt wanna idle right *with vid*

Got done at the track and the car ran fine all the way back. I shut it off when i got home after 5 mins of idling to cool the turbo and all seemed fine. Went to start it later and now for some reason doesnt wanna idle right. It starts to stall at idle and then catches itself before it does. It will sit there and do this until i shut it off. It runs fine other wise during normal driving and under boost with no misfires. The ltft lock in at +16.4 at idle then it starts wanting to stall and my afc has no effect no matter where i set it. If the ltft drops below +16.4 then it idles better but it will soon ramp back up to 16.4 and idle rough and almost stall. I changed all the plugs and checked the wires for resistance and they are ok but that didnt help. I didnt find any disconnected vacum lines or any leaks using the carb cleaner method. Any help would be great.

Here are some numbers that i wrote down off my guage with the car warm and ideling. The numbers fluctuate with the rpms.

IAC 24-68
LTFT +16.4 and stays there 98% of the time
MAF 2400-3002
IGN Adv. 12-23.5
Pulse width 1.9-4.8
STFT 6.2-14.9
O2s 460-290

What engine mods do you have? Turbo????
