Is a vehicle with the OBD2 code system the same as all other? When you by a code scanner does it just need to be OBD2 or do you need to get one that is vehicle specific? I have a 96 Tracker do i need a GM, Geo, or Suzuki specific code scanner?

Thank's for any information!!

Any generic scanner works, they were required to be all compatible when that all came about. Ed
