Disconnecting Brakes

I just bought my first pair of slicks, my car has finally outgrown radials, and I was wondering how I should go about disconnecting my rear brakes, so I can burnout without worrying about the rear brakes.

Also should I skip the burnout proccess until I have disconcted the brakes, or will I be fine? BTW this is an automatic transmittion on this car.

Thanks

I usually use A ford or Honda when choosing the right line lock

dude your about to send your car down the track close to if not over 100 MPH and you wanna disconnect your brakes! Dosen't that sound just a little dangrous?! man get a linelock from your local speed shop also slicks are a soft sidewall if you have never driven with them before be careful they like to wiggle at high speeds.
