power sliding door

i have a 99 montana 3.4 and the passenger side power door opens with remote and inside button but won't close with either. have to disable motor to close.any ideas will help.also have a oil leak i think on the backside of the motor but can't tell where at. any ideas on that would be helpful to. thanks..

When you say the door won't close, what do you mean. It doesn't move? It moves a little? it almost closes but gives up? Did you try doing the door calibration as described in the owners manual?
