stock radio is easy.
there are 2 screws on the underside of the center dash portion which houses the radio. you may have to get underneath to see them, they are right by the cubby that is lit on your center console.
once those are out, pull up and out on the center dash piece it will pop up or break, mine popped up just fine though.
unplug the emergency flasher
4 screws connect the radio to the dash, undo all of them.
unplug the radio once it has been liberated, that part could be a litte tricky, i had trouble with mine, but you do have to be careful not to damage any of the harnesses.
TADA!! that's how it is done. as for the speaker? i dont' kno, i've never had to, but do the radio first and see if it isnt' obvious when you get there.
ALSO make SURE you have the radio code if you are putting in another stock unit. if you don't have it you wont' have a radio for a while.

If you lose your code call up your local mitsu shop and tell them you need your code.
Youll need the VIN of your car and the serial # off the radio.

the center dash speaker is easy once you remove the HU pop the plastic cover off of the clock and speaker and there ya are that speaker is just looking at you waiting to e removed.... One plug and a few screws is all that hold it in.. Mine was blown when I got the car :( I couldn't take the crackle so I unplugged mine. I hope this helped!
