what kind of camera? generally speaking, i've learned from this forum that the best lighting is sunlight so do it in the sun... you alreay have that right. avoid direct sunlight because of glare.... you have that right too. i'd center the cars more since they are the subject of the picture. thats about all i know. there are cameras with macro settings that will allow you to take pictures from up close but i cant really elaborate on that... im sure someone else will. BTW the models look great, im sure a good picture of them would do them justice.

Focus on the model, take the pic like you would with a real car...the angles, the level etc. Turn on Macro if yours is a digital camera.

Atleast this is what I do.
