what all would I need to swap my 1.8 to a 2.0 turbo could i just pull my motor out and put a 2.0 turbo in or is there more to it then that thanks

theres a lot more to it, search around. motor mounts are different, harnesses, ecu, ect.

1. 4G63 turbo engine (stock) $1500
2. transmission (stock GS-T FWD) $500
3. wiring harness for engine $300
4. 4G63 ECU (stock) $300
5. shift linkage $200
6. custom engine mounts $200
7. chassis cross member $100
8. complete exhaust $200
9. intercooler, turbo, related parts $500
10. boost gauge/fuel filter, etc $300
11. Installation $1500
Total - $5600

I donno what you guys keep saying motor mounts for... That other guy that is doing the swap said they were the same between the two...

I'm just going by what is in the FAQ and I'm assuming the mounts for the 1.8 are different than the 4g63. And I don't remember seeing any proof or pics of whoever said they were doing it. Post a link if I'm wrong.

He didn't post any pictures of it yet as far as I know, but he said they were the same... I guess we'll see... I don't see why they would produce them any different than they would a typical DSM body... It should be the same but maybe they were retarded about it...

i just piced up a 1991 eclips it has no motor only good body part's but the 1.8 and 2.0 monts are the same thanks
