1994 acclaim wont start

No Spark,no Fuel Pressure, Turns Over Fine ?????? checked trouble codes found 12,11....and it seems my pcm has lost communcation with crank shaft i took distributer cap off and had another person turn key and found rotor, distributer shaft failed to turn.....i made sure to mark original rotor and distibuter position and removed it....by hand shaft turns fine i guess the piece in the engine that turns the shaft is froze.....brokin teeth posibility?......

Maybe the timing belt broke check your belt see if it turns when cranking.
