question?

i live in illinois and i dont have means of pickin one up in a different state so the question is where is a good place to find a used third gen with a 5 speed and a 305 in good condition?

I used to live in northern Illinois, man what a mess. Drove the '83 a few seasons and the underside rotted bad - no slowing it down. The cars in South Carolina have bad weatherstripping and usually the windshield is sand blasted, but the undersides are great. Another thing: 150000 is probably all highway mileage! How's about anywhere that salt is NOT used. I just got a '91 for $2800 that has a clean interior w/ pro installed CD, new tires and brakes, A/C works, runs fairly well and shifts perfectly.
