Hatch and Power seats

I have a 95 Chevy S-10 Blazer (4.3, Engine Code W, 4-Door). I have 2 problems. My rear hatch does not lock with the lock botton nor does the drivers door. My other problem is my drivers seat has no power to the control switches. When I tear the cover off the tailgate i can see the parts moving in the tailgate but the hatch will not lock. I have done the simple trouble shooting on all three of my problems but with no success. If anybody has any tips or knows of a solution please let me know.
