96 neon running really rough

My neon is running really rough! It's a 96 2.0L sohc with 146,000 miles. have replaced spark plugs and wires. I have checked the resistance of the coil it is ok, Is it possible that the coil is bad even though it checks out ok! ALSO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOT ON! Can somebody please help. Anybody experience same issue? THANKS ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!

runs rough = idle rough? could it be a malfunction on the ignition timing? like the ECU isnt firing it correctly?

no its most likely not he ecu, I replaced that not to long ago. And yes the idle seems to be off, but not sure if it's jus the idle! I don't think its the timing, unless one of the other sensors help run that too?

Have you pulled the TB and IAC motor and given them a good cleaning?
