Lost key and keyless remote

My wife lost both keys and both keyless remotes. this is going to cost me big bucks @ a dealer! Can I buy the keyless remotes on ebay and have them programmed elsewhere? Also is there anyway to get a key copy that will actually start the car?

You will need to go to the dealer to get a new key, or a locksmith. Dealer will be cheaper though.
