When I start the Cold engine of my S 10 -2.2l -1996 it's OK; when the engine is at temp. and stop/start it's OK; but when the engine is at temp. and stopped and I try to restart after 15/20min it's very difficult to start and it's running rough for about 1 a 2 min. .What can be the problem

Roger,
Sounds like a fuel pressure regulator. That is the vacuum diaphragm on the return side of the fuel rail. To check:
Warm the engine up, shut it off, wait a minute, then remove the vacuum line from the regulator. If you see or smell fuel, replace it.
