Building an All Motor Lude

OK, Mustang might be sold, so I want to build an all Motor lude, 5th gen, vtec, where do i start? I am thinking port and polished head, new pistons, cranks, etc, header and exhaust, eventually to supercharge or turbo it MAYBE, but i would like to run mid to low 13's all motor. My question is, what companies make the pistons, cranks, and other components (intake maifold, throttle body, etc) I need. Is it worth the money , or should I say F it and turbo it?
