front drivers side window problem

On my 95 Grand AM SE, I am having problems with the power window. It seems to go down just fine but when bringing it back up, it is really slow or will stop half-way up and not move at all. I just replaced the motor and am still seeing the same problem. Any idea what is going on here?

pull the door panel off and try greasing the track the window slides in. Look for anything that could bind the movement.
