4.85 at 175mph with a 2.5 0-60

No bench racing around here, take it to the track man.

You should do a lot of reading before you decide to purchase a beautiful piece of machinery like the DSM. Read read read read and do more reading...to learn.

Dude, that was intense sarcasm and you missed it like Jennifer Lopez did when she made "Maid in Manhatten." There are far too many things that are going to come into play when talking about what kind of time it can put down such as moisture on the track, tires, old or new gas, elevation, what turbo its running, engine management, etc, etc, etc, but the biggest factor is whether you can drive or not. There is no way for us to even give you a ball park answer given the info you gave us. Garrett is right, dont bench race... take it to the track and give it a go.

He never specified what turbo, it could be an upgraded one. The best thing to do would just be to learn as much as you can about cars or DSMs specifically because it sounds like youre pretty new to these cars.

Your numbers are actually a little off there... At 175mph it would be more like a low 6. lol I actually saw a jet semi at our track a few years back pull of some low 6 at like 175mph.

But back on topic...

Like said already, too many factors come into play with this type of thing. You could have two cars exactly the same and both run way off numbers depending if somebody beats the shit out of the car or takes care of it. I can tell you that my DSM stock ran a 15.0 and I was impressed with that considering it being a turbo 4 banger. Since then I've seen DSM's range anywhere from 16.0 - 10.30's... So ya kinda gotta take a rough estimate on this one. If we knew all the details to the car then maybe we could throw a more accurate answer your way, but there are still too many factors to consider. Turbo cars can be quite the science to estimate things like this.

Also, I'm not a fan of bench racing here...

The reason a CAI makes such an awesome sound, is to scare off anyone looking for a race.
