98 Ford Ranger 3.0

Need to remove L head. How do I remove power-steering pump/bracket. Truck has AC . Problem is broken-off stud for exhaust manifold, which I am sure will blow the gasket if I run it.. I can't get at stud to drill it out.

I suggest to get yourself a manual wherein it will explain clearly how to do things. Once you can drill a hole in the stud, then you can use an easy-out to remove it. Meanwhile soak the thread area with lube. By the way I thought 3.0s are Vs instead of I.
