Deleting my messages of greatness! Anyway it goes something like this.....

"The reason people steel your emblems is YOU do not deserve to have them. Wake up and live your life, you don't need the stupid Honda emblem, any one eyed pirate can tell your car is a piece of immobile shit. Racing your "fixed-up" cars is anticlimantic at best, sure the competition may be there but you might as well be racing mini-vans, because either way you lose. You just wasted your time and money, way to go."

My honda is faster than your pirate ship.

Just don't have emblems. Fill the holes. Your car looks better like that anyway.

I don't know about that "Prelewd"....
The other day I was in my Pirate ship, along the Northern Coasts of California (go Arnold!) and along pulls this Civic. The guy was giving me the stink eye and revving his engine, challenging me to a race. He yelled out "San Francisco!" then he burned rubber and I unfurled the sails and away we went; bound for San Francisco. His craggy Kumho tires just spun and spun furiously, and I was whipping through the waves beating the crap out of his Civic with an obsolete Japanese blender motor as an engine (most Honda's have a blender, some higher grade ones have an old lawnmower one). Suddenly his tires miraculously gripped the road and he took off with the speed of a snail on crack, I was already at flank speed and could hardly make out his car which I recognized due to his carbon fiber sticker and flame decals. He was gaining on my ship (about 31 knots) slightly when the road got very twisty. At the first turn he slammed on his hand brake and made the perilous turn. Again, the tires failed him and his blender was struggling to grip the road and when it I could hear the engine switch from "chop" to "Liquefy". I was just starting to make out the details of his car, another sharp turn in the road. This time he couldn't handle it and flew off the road and into the sea (my domain). The civic did float for a time until the cardboard body got water logged and sunk. He was attempting to swim to shore but out of mercy I picked him from the waves. He was going on and on about how his car didn't fail, the road did. I laughed like the pirate I am and we set sail. The Civic owner was concerned when we lost sight of land for a few weeks but civic owners aren't that smart so when we reached Secret Pirate Island (aka Hong Kong) and was sold for a few specks of gold. I also sold a few pillowcases of emblems and bought some rice with the booty (not the black kind, the pirate kind, keep up!) My recent ports of call include: Tokalau, Midway, Hilo and Monterey. Bring it Honda owners, then you can earn some money for me working in HK. I am better then owning a blender.

I was in docked at Secret Pirate Island unloading my "semiprecious" cargo of pillowcases upon pillowcases of emblems when it one of my main buyers of these so called liberated items asked an intriguing question. He asked my if I had any of those "type R" stickers that most cars seem to have nowadays, I pondered on why it had never occurred to me to just peel them off and sell them to the hardworking (and decent paying) people of Hong Kong who know better then to buy "Official" and overpriced emblems and stickers from "Official Dealers". Then Mr. "Woo" (obvious reasons) asked me when I would have some stickers available. We engaged in a conversation in broken English and broken Chinese on my part, I asked him why he wanted the "type R" stickers so bad. The answer was simple, "It is the next best thing to actual speed." and that said it all. Beware "type R" sticker owners, I'm in the market.....

Stickers that replace speed that's just great,

hey some people get PAID to put emblems on their car....it's called sponsorship
they get free parts to drive around a moving billboard
so they do have the parts to back up the "stickers"

It's called throwing money away. Most idiots that get paid spend it on their money pits. Just like Walmart "street racers" hurt America's economy, but on the bright side it kills some idiots off. Being the bad-ass Swashbuckler that I indeed am, I stimulate the domestic economy. Some sad Honda driver has to go out and buy new stuff thus, injecting massive amounts of cash into local business. Multiply that for how many sad Honda drivers are out there and how many there will be by the time I am done.

Say I fill a pillowcase with emblems alone, that's about 1 cubic meter when full of let's say ... emblems. Now, figure that an emblem occupies roughly 2 cubic cm when condensed. That is 500 emblems, if each car has 2 that's only 250 cars. Now that they have no emblems and need to go buy more, they go out and pay $9 a pair and being the idiots they are they will probably pay more. That's already (at least) $2250 in the pocket of an emblem dealer. That's only one pillowcase.

Well, it seems someone finally grew some balls around here to come out and finally say something about winning and loosing in the most vague terms. Congratulations MexSiR, you should get real far in life, maybe even a cubical someday with your republican style of making pointless and childish remarks.
Oh, no! I'm a looser you say? That's clever and original to boot! Even if I were a looser, in who's eyes? Yours? If so, I'd rather be a looser if you are a winner. I'd rather have my gizzards nailed to the yardarm than to be in the presence of such a winner as yourself.

As for needing to grow up, I don't waste MY time playing with toy cars all day...

VTEC, SiR, Type-R emblems should be rare to have and are over used. Let me explalin why. First, the only Honda cars that have VTEC are the Civic Si, Accord V6, Prelude and S2000. If you have anything else, your VTEC sticker is worthless. Second, there is no SiR in the United States, there is only Si. If you bought your car in the U.S., you're SiR sticker is worthless. Finally, the only true Type-R cars are the Civic Type-R in Japan and the Accord Type-R in the U.K. If you bought your Civic or Accord in the U.S., you're Type-R stickers are worthless.

Well said Chris, and I agree with you except on the VTEC part. My Element has an iVTEC (version E, I think?). The only difference is that I don't need a sticker to prove it! :)

Thanks. The reason why your SUV has an i-VTEC engine is to allow more low end torque and increase the power band. Which makes sense because SUV's are heavier and carry more passengers. The new 4-cyl Accords have similar engines.
