Is this good or bad? I've seen 7 layer ones and that sounds better than 4 layer but I just wanted to know. Also Fiberglass has shrinkage problems and if I painted like everything it will be ok right?

well, if you want a really strong bumper go with polyurethane, but the thicker the layers the stronger the fiberglass. and as for the shrinkage, keep it out of cold water, j/k, anyways it all depends on whos painting it, as far as i know if your parts get a good prep job, and are painted properly, you shouldnt have any troubles at all.

Ah thanks!! Well polyurathane is expensive! So fiberglass is my only choice. Keep it out of the cold ~_~ I live in new england. I guess i'll get it painted really good and it should be fine. Well I was just worried liek 4 layer fiberglass will just randomly crack or something if somone like bumps into it.

yeah, I don't remember how many layers my front bumper is, but, ive hit a cement pile at about 35 and all it did was put a small chip in the front, weird huh?, then i nailed a railroad track at about 25 and it split it up about 4 inches..sucks, but fiberglass is easy to repair, and even though urethane is expensive, its hella strong, ive seen this guy jump up and down on his bumper, and it didnt do crap to it. not tha any of this matters, but i thought it was hella funny. good luck

Hehe. Thanks. I ordered it already. I ordered from GTP some blue class hybrid fiberglass. It's suppose to be hella strong and flexble and after sawing thier clip of them twisting and standing on it I'm convinced ^_^.
