rear window

the rear window on my 89 continental wont go down i hear the motor working but the window doesn't come down it acts as if its stuck or something i sprayed with wd 40 but may have missed something also how do you turn on the anti theft device thanks alot for anyones help

Could be a broken Regulator, or more likely - the three clutch bushings inside the window motor are shot.
