HELP!! Stereo/dash lights/alarm HELP

So I bought a 98 Civic Dx...has power windows etc. It has an aftermarket autopage 505 alarm system that unlocks the doors and has an led in the car that flashes...however, the siren isnt hooked up and the lights dont flash when I lock and unlock! Now..heres the other problem..he took the stereo out!! NONE of the guage lights work..the CEL, SB and turn signal lights work..but the actual guage lights or dome lights will not work. He put aftermarket indiglo guages on there..they dont work either. So I went to put a new stereo in and there are THREE big plugs coming up from the car...I looked for a harness..but theyre all SINGLE plugs...someone said that I need a harness with 2 plugs, and once I got that everything should be working...does anyone know anything about this? Im lost...HELP PLEASE!!!

BTW..Checked all fuses...theyre fine. However, in the top right of the fuse block there are 4 or 5 fuses in a row with no power! The first one of the five has it goin in the fuse, none coming out of the other side....fuses 2-4 are completely dead, but not broken..and the 5th fuse shows power going out! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
