well first of all its a dx..not really made for speed..thats your main problem..if its got under 100k just do regular maintenance and itll be a good daily driver..could do a cheap motor swap..preferably to a d16a6 or go vtec or DOHC or turbo or supercharged..but that d15 will not make power so dont waste throwing money into it..unless you want to kick yourself later for doing it..

as for brakes probly need master and slave cylinder probly a leak..are the pads good??

pads are good they just get to hot not trying to make a race car just want a little more power im useing the car to deliver news papers so stuff gets abused like a race car the car also looks like it was just tuned up plugs wires cap rotor all look new

The best way to gain some more power (like 10-20hp) is to do an mpfi swap. You'll need a complete mpfi intake manifold, pm6 ecu, mpfi distributor and the resistor box wiring for the injectors. There are some ghetto ways of wiring up resistors inline that work as well. Do a search through the forum and you'll find a bunch of info on it. Also, check out downtoground's website for more info. After you do mpfi... i/h/e won't seem so useless... haha. Doesn't have to be loud like an epileptic bumble bee either... GL

Nobodys gonna mention putting an SI tranny in place of that slow as molasses dx tranny?:grinyes: with the low mileage he has this would be a perfect time to put a faster tranny in..that way you can keep your gas mileage decent since your just ripping around town and you can really sqeeze all the torque outta her you can

dont most ppl deliver newspapers by bike lol im sure it gets great gas mileage runaround

you could either upgrade your pads and rotors or find an si around you with rear disks and switch out your drums..
hp wise youll get some improvements but not much for all that time or cash thats put into it..id do the mpfi swap for sure.. if i still had one of my si trannys id give you one..just check out junkyards or look thru FS section on here. i kno for a fact theres some mpfi swaps on here.

or obviously ebay

just do a vtec head swap and be done. zc or whatever. i got the jdm d15b. stock with the vtec head its making 130 hp. not much but youll beat the rice. and it aint drastic. its a fun motor. u wont have that much power being american but hey... im sure you got some bolt on's.
