does anyone know where the inline fuse is located?

Hello,we started with a new fuel pump,got her in the car started and died within 3 minutes and the service engine light popped on.next we moved on to the brain module hooked up a new one,the service engine light was not on and the car started,again ran for about three minutes service engine light popped on and again died.The car wont restart for at least 10-12 hrs again.someone suggested maybe the inline fuse any suggestions anyone?Also where would the inline fuse be located?In advance Many Thanks For Any Responses

What inline fuse?, if it was a fuse issue it wouldn't start at all, think of scanning it to see what the code is?, do ytou have spark, injector pulse and fuel pressure when it won't start, all basic diagnostics. Also please get in the habit of posting the year.
