i jus put my place racing CAI in tonight, but when i idling or jus sittin in park , it sounds like some1 is suckin air thru a straw. is this normal? did i miss somethin or i jus needing new exhaust or wat?

Thats normal. I get the same sound with my midpipe. its the way of air going through the pipe from the filter.
