Rear bumper disassembling??????

the previous owner of my durango back into a pole or something and the rear bumper is dented in. It is not very bad but it does make the bumper bow up a little bit. But I was wondering if someone can give me direction on disassembling it so I can replace the steel reinforcement? think will be able to reuse the plastic skin because it not that bad.
