Antifreeze Leak

Does anyone know why the manifold would be leaking antifreeze? We keep finding antifreeze on one and seven even though the motor hasn't been run all winter. After doing alittle reading up on the subject we found a few articles that stated we needed a new manifold gasket but wanted to see if anyone else had any advice to offer on this. It seems pretty strange that we would be getting this kind of leak even though the truck isn't driven at all in the winter and hasn't been driven since probably October of last year.
