Brake Lights STay ON, Pedal is not pressed

I need help, my brake lights stay on, and the pedal is not pressed, even in Park or when the car is off, the lights stay on, The car has brake fluid in it, the lights work but they don't shut off when I release the brake pedal. I have a 05 Suzuki forenza, Please Help. Thanks

Check your brake light switch. I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me, so I'm not sure if the brakes would come on with the ignition switch.
