99 contour 2.0 no spark

I have a 99 contour 2.0 code 3 with a no spark condition. It has been periodically stalling for the last year, maybe once every two months, then would fire right back up. I have ohmd the coil pack and it falls within specs. I replaced the crank sensor and still no spark. The timing belt turns when cranked over by the starter. Is there something I am missing besides the PCM. The ignition module is integrated in the PCM. The fuel pump engages when ignition switch is turned on. Anything on this would help.

found the problem. three wires to the pcm were damaged, including the one that receives signal from the crank sensor. runs great
