How do I remove...Help

The cranckshaft pulley retaining nut/bolt? I am trying to replace the front crank seal to the timing cover and am at a loss to come up with an idea. I want to keep it a TDC incase it requires more but can't seem to get it stationary.
It's been years since any major work and I'm out of practice or just forgot the right procedure. It needs to be done because I go through a qt. o' oil a day.
It's a 1990 sentra with the timing chain engine (no belt) The Haynes manual tells me it can be r/r'd without cover removal.

Thanks

The easiest way to remove it is of course an impact, but it sounds like you don't have one of those. Take your longest breaker bar (breakover), attach it to the bolt. Turn the motor untill the bar touches the ground ( you may have to use a cheater pipe if necessary ). Then just "bump" the key, don't start the vehicle, just bump it. Your other option is to get a chain wrench to wrap around the pulley, but be careful and don't damage it. Oh and don't worry about the tdc thing, unless your planning on messing with the timing.
