head bolt toque specs

Anyone know for sure what the torque specs are for the head bolts on my 91? I'm gonna try re torquing the head with some locktite to solve my oil leak. Anyone ever tried this? Did it work? I've been told by a couple different mechanics that after so long the bolts on these motors start to loose some of their tourqe, allowing just barely enough space between the head and the block for oil to leak out. I had the car inspected and was told that my head gasket should be fine. There are no signs of excessive leakdown or evidence of oil getting into my coolant and vice versa. What do you guys think?
