i have a 89 honda crx with a b18a1 from a 91 integra gs swap. i was told to use the wiring harness from my 89 crx hf on the b18 and it would work...ok..it did for a while. now it will barely run. i was told its the TPS and ive been told its the knock sensor...since the hf had no knock sensor im running without one..also told this would not affect performance. excuse me for the ignorance but this is my first import...ive only ever worked on old chevy's. can someone please tell me what if anything i can do to fix this problem...i stutters all the time like its only running on a few cylinders. i checked the timing, compression. everything and cant seem to get it to work. i was driving one day and i just felt something give, and its been getting worse since. im out of options here...please will some of you expert honda heads give me some advice. thanks much in advance.

yea its throwing a tps code, idle air control code, knock sensor,...is there somewhere i could buy an integra wiring harness then buy an adaptor harness from the the integra to the hf crx harness. i think that would work right. plus could someone please tell me where i can get a vacuum line diagram just so i can be sure that i have it right. im a noob on this stuff and can do any mechanical work its just the wiring the kills me. thanks for all the help and plz post harness websites or info or anything halfway helpful to a honda nooby. thx

junkyard, ebay, or go to rywire.com..sounds like you dont want to mess with wiring which is the same way i was when i did my swap. i had a vacuum diagram somewhere but you can probly search either here or on honda-tech.com . its really not difficult on the b series..now my acura legend is another thing..theres about 80ft of f@ckin vac lines all over the place..yowza..

take your cat off and see if you gain the power back sometimes the honeycome breaks and can clog your exhaust i would either change or take it off and gut it out and put it back on and that should fix loss of power let me know if it fixes ur car , leo
