to be safe, order the header for a 95 Del Sol VTEC or a 99 Civic Si. If you are talking about a JDM 1st gen B16A, then you have to deal with the fact that an after market header is probably only going to have 1 O2 sensor bung....and with a NON-OBD B16A, you need two bungs. i do believe that teh An-R header gives you the option of getting 2 bungs. not sure about other companies tho

If you are using 1st gen B16 , there are not that many choeses. The O2 sensors must be placed in the right spots. Use copy and paste to chek it out why: http://www.hondata.com/techo2problem.html
You can't use 4-1 headers if you don't wont any lean conditions. If you can find the right 4-2-1 header, you'll need to cut holes in it for O2 sensors(no more warenty)
You can convert to OBD1 setup, you'll need OBD0-OBD1 adapter,OBD1 distributor and OBD1 ECU.
My setup is: 90integra(OBD0), 2nd gen JDM B16a(it's OBD1), DC 4-1 header. I'm using 1 O2 sensor(4wires)
