c230 rear bumper

my friend owns a 2003 C230 and backed into a old pick-up today. pushed in the top left corner of the bumper cover.

what would be the best way to fix this (ie: new cover, bondo...) or would it make since to just get a body kit for the price?

Also his tail light s cracked and he is lookin to replace it with stock or after market. is there any good ones to get?

He is trying to fix it but also keep it clean.
any suggestions would be welcome.

I am not too knowledgable on this cars. so please educate me.

I am in no way going to do this my self, nor is he. He is trying to get a new stock bumper or a aftermarket one. Anyone have any advice?
