Tensioner pulley bracket gone bad?

1992 Park Avenue, base model. I noticed a faint groaning sound at idle a couple weeks ago in my driveway. At first I thought it was coming from my power steering pump, but after really staring down everything I found that the mounting bracket holding the tensioner pulley is wobbling back and forth. I'd say between 1/8 and 1/4 inch total, and luckily the belt doesn't seem to be slipping off the pulley. Does this sound like something as simple as a loose mounting bolt or does it sound like it's time for a whole new tensioner pulley assembly? Frankly, I was thinking it'd be best just to replace the whole thing as I'm sure the pulley is the original one that was installed over 15 years ago. Sounds like "long overdue" would be putting it lightly, no? Thanks for the input!

Click Here (http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1019775,parttype,8920) for ACDELCO & Gates part numbers for the tensioner. The answer to your question would be yes, replace the unit. :grinyes:
