GM Recalls for 99 Silverado

If you own a third hand 99 Silverado are you entitled to any past factory recalls that the previous owner did not take care of? I assume any present or future recalls I would be entitled to? Wondering what policy might exist with our good friends at GM.

Recalls are just that.. it does not matter who owns the truck. you can always take your vehicle in to have a it worked on because of recall.
