Well, I forgot to put in the rubber seal on the air intake filter. Do I need to put it on or will it be fine without it???

Hunh? Which seal are you referring to? The engine air filter? How long would it take to put the seal back on? Seems like it would be worth making it right so that, if nothing else, you aren't driving in fear that it could cause a problem or unnecessary expense down the road.

Yeah, which seal are you looking at? The seals on the filters are usualy pretty well permanently mounted to the filters, but if it was removed for watever reason, I would definately replace it. Usualy No seal=crap in your intake system.
