Ilde problem!!

my car ildes very weird it goes to 1000 then to 500 and baerly wantes to stall but it never does then sometimes it goes to 1500rpms any suggestions i think it could be the idle air control sensor but im not sure help!

IAC maybe.. or a vacum leak?
