97' AC clutch issues

My a/c was working great for as long as i have had the truck. Well the other day my air was working just fine. i stopped somewhere and when i started truck back up no air. the clutch clicks here and there but wont start. i removed the wire harness and attempted to jump it (autozones advice) and it spins but as soon as i pull the wires off it stops. still no air. any ideas ? i am guessing the pressure switch ?>

Your guess may be right. Check the pressure switch on the low side.
