I just happened to have a pic of a mercedes with the gull-wing door open like that... more or less a copy and paste with a little hue/saturation adjustment. Quite simple really :P

I could try, but now it is all computerised, and I could never get from paper to computer without losing all its flair... It is hard to explain.
